I am a runner, Cyclist and aerobics instructor. I'm want to add one session of hockey in my weekly workouts. I just want to be a part of a positive and supportive community which no longer exists on FB.

2013 Goals ~ I would like to bike at least one day a wk. Run at 2-3 days a wk and take my aerobic classes 2-3 a wk. I want to become an aerobics instructor.
