    My first workout since Missouri (excluding my dreadmill run) and I had a hard time keeping up. 2 weeks off kicked my butt! I have 3 classes to teach tomorrow so we'll see how it goes.

    Being a Floridian comes with a price. 6 degrees here in Missouri so no running outside for me. Dreadmill wasn't too bad. It felt good moving after being here loving on these beautiful babies.

      Fabienne, hello for starters!!! At first yes, but after turning off my phone and deleted the EM app, it began to work efficiently. Hope this helps!
