    Got to class late bc I overslept! I was mortified. I was shocked when people were still waiting for me! I could not believe how exhausted I was.

    A little rough in the beginning but it evened out. I had to leave early bc I had to teach the 6:40 yoga. 40 mins of step, 5 mins of stretching.
