    By the time I got to yoga class, I couldn't bend my left knee. What is the deal. By the end of class, it was bendable but during class, it was ROUGH! What do I do, DM Fam?

      I'm so sorry! I have been having trouble with mine, too, this past week. Rest is about all you can do for a knee, I think. If it doesn't get gradually better, I'd see a physiotherapist.

      Les, you know your stuff! I got that strap today bc teaching was so hard for me tonight. Its so painful.

      If it can be hurt while running, I've done it. Except stress fracture. Lots of ice. Try to follow your marathon plan but stop when the pain starts and walk the rest of the miles. The strap should help delay the pain and allow it to heal while being active.
