    I slept most of the afternoon hoping my throat would ease up along with my headache and runny nose. It helped but I could still feel it. C-Lee's class was good and rough at the same time.

    Don't know how but I stayed for Heather's zumba class. She's just so much fun, did the sauna for 30 mins with the girls after class.

    Super sleepy before class but got thru it with a whole lot of energy surprisingly. Killed the step (felt bad for the newbies) and rocked the weights portion. We did't even do abs today.

    I love my Monday group, I love that they all understand the brain delay of Mondays. I also succeeded with the vertical step routine and killed some arms. Good times.

    Today was The Great Wall of China full so I went to town on those stairs and it was great. I brought it up to level 16, I was practically running on those stairs, 168 floors burned 425.3 calories.
