    It was supposed to be a step class but the instructor showed up last minute so I stayed for a little shaky shaky. Good times.

    I picked this class up, my first day as the permanent instructor. Class was solid except for the 2 ladies talking the whole time. I don't understand how people don't see how rude that is.

      I've actually taken a short break big bro. I wanted to start running again in the beginning of the week but my calf kept spazzing so I'm going back to it next week.

    I really tried to push myself to do my easy 5 but my knee and body said, "oh no you ain't!" so went to the sauna to stretch but couldn't get myself to run to. I went home.

    This was interesting! No A/C, no stereo and even the boom box didn't work so I had to use my phone. They were a trooper about it though. Great class.
