    My achilles tendon keeps hurting when I put my shoes on so teaching was sensitive for this one but really good class. They were so understanding and supportive. They're my favorite group!

    I almost missed class bc of the bomb nap I was taking but I woke up right on time and class was AMAZING! The energy was crazy good. So glad I went.

      I feel the same way about Saturday morning sleep so I totally understand how hard the sacrifice must be for you. Josee, finding the right instructor is key. My instructor is the same way, she's got all the energy in the world. It really helps even when we suck at the routine.

    Alarm clock didn't go off, I jumped out of bed 5 mins after I was supposed to be on the road. Got there RIGHT at 5:45, set up and took off. Glad its done.

    After 3 class and the rest of the day in training for my other job, this class felt inconceivable until the music came on. There's just a switch that comes on when I HAVE to teach a class.
