    Not sure if it was work, sleep, diet or just an off-day but disappointed in the total lack of energy today. Was hoping to actually bump it up to 6 miles, but had to cut the run short instead.

    Seat 2 with the master's crew. Took a while to get into the rhythm of the canoe but once we settled in, had a real strong paddle. Felt good. :-)
