Letting my legs have a little break from the high impact of running. Planning on running only 2-3 days this week instead of my normal 5-6. My favorite thing about the elliptical is being able to read while I'm working out.

I wasn't really feeling up to running today, but once I got out there I was fine. The new shoes are starting to break in nicely. Minimal shin pain, but had some right knee pain after mile 7.

The shoes were better today, still stiff and heavy but I can tell they are starting to break in. I'm starting to get excited about the Mercedes Half Marathon :) -
