    Letting my legs have a little break from the high impact of running. Planning on running only 2-3 days this week instead of my normal 5-6. My favorite thing about the elliptical is being able to read while I'm working out.

    Out and back x2 at Fort Toulouse. It was a pretty uneventful run. My last long run before the Mercedes Half next weekend.

    I wasn't really feeling up to running today, but once I got out there I was fine. The new shoes are starting to break in nicely. Minimal shin pain, but had some right knee pain after mile 7.

    The shoes were better today, still stiff and heavy but I can tell they are starting to break in. I'm starting to get excited about the Mercedes Half Marathon :)

    Tried out the new shoes today, so far they feel heavy and stiff. Lets hope these babies get broken in soon. I listened to the latest Two Gomers podcast, always good times.

    Watched Michael Pollan on Oprah and read my Kindle while I worked out. Awesome! :)
