    Marsha asked me to join her for her pace run today. Hip and hamstring have been hurting some lately, but no pain while running. 1 mile warm-up, 3 miles at pace, 1 mile cooldown.

    Ran the Wynlakes (modified) Loop with Duane and Marsha this morning early. Really rare these days for us to be able to get together mid-week. Nice change of pace (no pun intended).
