How in the world can your mind be "completely blank", I can't understand that? I try to focus on breathing when my mind is yelling at me, but there is still the "left foot breathe in, one two, breathe out, squirrel, hey runner, hey walker, wave at the car that got gave you room, left foot, breathe in, right left right left, breathe out"... and that's when the wheels aren't spinning as fast. Nice seven, I think I'll copy you today.
