Full body workout early this morning at the big gym.

Bench press: 55-115 pounds.
Incline bench press: 65-75 pounds.
Reverse incline bench press: 85 pounds.
Free weights. 17.5-22.5 dumbbells. Straight side arm lifts, up ladder and bicep curls.
Hanging leg, knee and bicycles raises.
Bosu balance trainer. Squats and single leg pistol squats with band and plate.
Smith Machine: Shoulder press to 50 pounds.
Ab and core work on bench.
Recline seated leg press: Down ladder 450 pounds to 100 pounds. Calve work in between sets.
Dual cable pulley.

Stretching and foam roller.
