Decided to lift after the walk and run.

Smith machine: Single and double leg press.
Smith machine: Glutes and hams.

Glute machine.

I've really stepped up my band work now, following some good exercises with it that I learned on Instagram from fellow lifters.

Bicep and deltoid curls. Someone left an old curl bar in our smaller gym, so I added some weight and did a bunch of curls.

Lot's of stretching and foam rolling.
