good Treadmill-short run 1 mi 00:09:25 09:24 pace

Short, fast run for me after my .50 mile @15% incline walk on the treadmill. I know I could have gone faster, but for only my 2nd mile run of 2019, I'll take the 9:25 pace. Running is not my thing, but it challenges me and pushes my heart rate, which is why I do it.. Resting the rest of today, then back at LA fitness for upper body day tomorrow. :)
