At the home gym today. Yesterday, I rested... Leg day and boy I'm tight and sore.

Smith machine: Single and double leg press to 190 pounds. Increase in weights today.
Smith machine: Glutes and hams.
Smith machine: Squats

Leg extension machine: 155 pounds down ladder to 100 pounds.

Lot's of band work. Squats, single leg bends, inner outer thighs, single leg pistol squats, romanian bend over with kettlebell. Squats with dumbbells, single leg squats on the bench.

Stretch and foam roller.

    Thanks. I thought for sure my fingers would be killing me from all those 3 finger pull-ups, but they never got sore. However, my deltoid and shoulder sure hurt from that crazy workout. Just taking it easy in the gym this week though, don't want any new injuries already. Have a great night..
