Arrived at the gym by 8:00 am this morning and it wasn't as crowded as the other day, sweet start to my workout. Hit a new pull-ups PR, 72 total, 25 of them were 3 finger pull-ups and the last two were 2 finger pull-ups. I thought my fingers would be hurting, but it's my shoulder blades and deltoid, hum??? Chiropractor, Tens unit and CBD oil should help a lot. (over did it again today, but I'm so happy with my progress)

Lot's of bench pressing today. Just took my time, stretched a lot and pressed on.

Bench press: 65 pounds close grip (tricep work) to 120 pounds.
Incline bench press: 65 pounds to 85 pounds.
Reverse incline bench press: 95 pounds to 100 pounds.

I did all my pull-ups today in between my benching and curls. 72 total. PR and a PR for 25 three finger pull-ups. Some of these felt easier than the regular pull-ups, go figure.

40 pound curl bar: Biceps and deltoid lifts.

Cable pulley: Biceps, triceps, lats.

Ab/core work: Hanging leg and knee raises, bench with weight above my head doing bicycles and straight legs.

Stretching with band and foam roller.
