I'm tired, really tired. Worked hard in the gym, another upper body day. Leg day tomorrow, then I get to go for my 2019 eye exam. Fun times this weekend. ha ha

Bench press: Up ladder, 65 pounds to 120 pounds, then back down the ladder.
Reverse incline bench press: 2x6 @95 pounds.

Free weights. 40 & 50 pound curl bar. Deltoid front lifts and bicep curls.
Dumbbells working biceps, triceps, deltoid, shoulders.
45 pound plate working triceps.

40 total pull-ups.

Ab work: Bench with 65 pound bar, straight legs up, bicycles, side to side.
Hanging leg raises with 5 & 7.5 dumbbells between my legs.
A few pull-ups with 5 pound dumbbells between my legs.
Dips with and without 5 pound dumbbells between my legs.

Stretching and foam roller.
