Felt good on my first short run of 2019. Decided to add a bit more cardio to 2019, hopefully, more biking and swimming versus running as both of them are easier on my back and joints. Not complaining though, I felt good on my run, but I'm excited to move into our new house the end of this month, where I can bike and swim outdoors safely. :) Off to the big gym for my lifting next.
