One last day at the home gym, then I'm back at LA Fitness. Upper body today, felt a bit sore, even after a full rest day. ugh.. Pushed through and kept things on the SM light since my shoulders and deltoids are still sore.

Cable pulley.. Shoulders, lats, back, triceps, biceps and deltoids.
Smith Machine: Bench 65-115
Smith Machine: Shoulder press to 30 pounds.
Free weights: Shoulder press, biceps, deltoids, triceps.

Stretch and foam roller.

    Solid workout none the less. Is there such a thing as a recovery gym workout like a recovery run?

    Light weights, shorter workout? I'll be going fairly hard the next 4 days at the big gym, as long as my body agrees with it. This getting older is tough! :)
