Went to bed early last night and I was up and in the gym by 6:45 am this morning. Hit a personal best on our stubborn Smith Machine which made me do the happy dance. Great way to start off 2019~

Smith machine: Single and double leg press.
Smith machine: Glutes and Hams.
Leg extension machine.
Glute machine.
Lot's of band work.
Romanian single leg deadlifts with 40 pound kettlebell.

Smith machine: Bench press to 135 pounds. BAM.. I finally hit 2x1 reps @ 135 pounds on that stubborn machine: I've been working a long time to hit this weight as our SM has a lot of resistance, compared to the normal SM at the big gyms. I was so excited, this is huge for me.. I'm coming for 135 pounds on the regular bench press soon, 2019~

Cable pulley machine: Back, lats, triceps, biceps, shoulders.
