Just a short workout at the home gym to loosen up my body. I'm pretty sore from going hard the last few days, so today was easy, but good.

Band work.
Seated leg press.
Leg extension machine.
Lot's of cable pulley for the arms.
Lat pull down machine.

Stretching and foam roller. Happy New Years Eve everyone. I hope 2018 was awesome for all of you... ;)
