I'm finally figuring out a positive pattern for myself. After I receive my B12 Amino acid injections, I always have a super lifting session the next morning. My body does really well with this shot and today proved it again. First thing I did was the inclined leg press with 450 pounds of plates on it. I was able to do 4x10 sets and it felt light and easy. I certainly wasn't expecting that since yesterday was leg day for me and I'm quite sore. However, I wasn't able to get the leg press in yesterday, so I did it today. Bam.. I almost added more weight, but stopped myself. I'm learning that slow and steady is better for me and adding more weight, takes time. I need to stay injury free in 2019!

Incline leg press: Double legs- 4x10 @450 pounds, 2x12@ 360 pounds, 2x12 @ 270 pounds, Single leg- 2x10 @180 pounds each leg. Threw in some calve work in between sets.

Free weights. 50 & 40 pound curl bar. Biceps and deltoids. 20 & 30 pound bar, shoulder straight arm raises. Dumbbells-Pec flys, chest press, deltoids, & tricep work with 45 pound plate.

Bench press: 65 pounds close grip 4x10, to 120 pounds benching. I'm still working on my feet and head position, I just need a little more help to make sure I'm placed right on the bench and my body is in a good position.

Smith machine: Shoulder press to 50 pounds in plates and single arm lifts.

Dual cable pulley machine: Crossovers, single and double arm lifts. Pec flys on the duel cable and a few squats with weights.

A few pull-ups and knee raises.

15 minutes of stretching and foam rolling. Fun workout and I'm enjoying the different machines now. Trying to add a few new ones weekly to change things up a bit.

Thanks, It's all in the B12 Amino acid shots my friend.. Aminos are the building blocks to repairing the muscles and building them up. Found that out today from the nurse who gave me the shot. They have a lot of athletes coming in and swearing by these injections. My body needs the B12 and aminos for sure. :) Thank you~ You rock..

Killer session!! Do you drink aminos daily? I drink at least one or two bottles of my BCAAs I use Scivation Extend Free BCAA. Very clean and tastes nice and light.

Yes, every day they are in the drink that I sip the entire workout.. I use MRM products for my BCAA and pre-workout powders.. However, having an injection that goes right into your cells and blood stream, that's a whole new level of recovery. I talked with the nurse today, she recommended the shot every 5-7 days, max. She said it's repairing and re-building all the muscles I'm working on daily, at a higher intensity..

I love MRM products too. I start my day with a recovery drink then one after my workout too. Recovery doesn't just happen after your workout...I think the body is repairing all day so a good start is important too. Great job with all your progress this year!
