Leg day at the home gym this morning. I felt so much better in the gym this session, I tried to eat more yesterday and catch up on my sleep. :)

Smith Machine: Single leg press to 80 pounds.
Smith Machine: Double leg press to 175 pounds.
Smith Machine: Glutes & Hamstrings.
Smith Machine: Squats, close legs working on quick up and down movements.

Band work: Lot's of inner and outer work, plus squats.
Single leg Romanian deadlifts with 40 pound kettlebell.

Leg extension machine.
Glute machine.
Seated leg press, single leg press working on inner & outer thighs.

Long stretch and foam roller.
