great New PR benching..woot woot.. MTside fit 2.25 mi 02:20 62:13 pace

This was not a 2018 goal, but I hit a new PR benching today. 2 single reps @140 pounds. Woot woot.. Decided to do single reps at 125, 130 & 135 to just see how I was feeling, and since that all went good, I thought, why not add 5 more pounds and see if I can move that bench again. Last year, 140 pounds was not happening, I tried but it was just way too heavy. Today, I did it once and was like, wow, lets give it one more try to see if I could make it a bit cleaner. It happened and I'm so excited. I guess the 2 pounds I've gained is really extra muscles, yippee.

Bench press: close grip at 65 & 70 pounds. 2x10
Bench press: 85-140 pounds. :)

Free weights working shoulders , biceps and pecs.
Bicep curl to 40 pounds.
Smith machine: squats
Leg press: 360 pounds to 100 pounds.
Glute machine.
Jump rope & push-ups, alternating.
Pull-ups.
Hanging core kick ups.
A few pulley machines.
Booty work.
Tricep work.
Stretching.

Great day in the gym today. Now I'm hooked up to my Tens unit to give my muscles some relief..
