Wow, I need to do more de-loading weeks because today's workout was pretty awesome.

Bench press 65 close grip to 125 wide. That 1x125 was so light and easy, it was scary..

Free weights working biceps, triceps and shoulders: to 40 lb dumbbell.
A few machines.
Incline bench press
Reverse incline bench press
Leg press: 8 - 45 (360pounds total) pound plates today.. New PR.. 3 . sets of 10 .
Smith machine. Lot's of squats, wide leg and close leg.
Pull-ups and ab work. Stepping up and down while doing pull-ups. talk about a core burn..
