I felt so good today in the gym .. Nothing hurt, which is a first in a long time. I'm still de-loading until Sunday, but everything felt strong and pain free.

Bench press 65-105. Close grip 65-70.
Ab work on the bench.
Free weights working triceps, biceps and shoulders.
Lot's of pulleys and machines today, going lighter, but strong.
Pull-ups without weights and pull-ups with the weight belt up to a 25 pound plate. Finished my sets with 2x25lb pull-ups.
Leg press.
Glute machine.
Leg extension.
