New PR today ... 16x95 pounds in a row, benching. I didn't plan that at all, but it felt so easy and after 11 of them, I figured I might as well keep going till I max out, which I did at 16. Now that planted another goal in my silly head, new goal to reach is 20 in a row. Yes, I'm crazy like that, but it keeps me challenged and focused.

Bench press 65-115.
Lot's of free weights working biceps, shoulders, arms and chest.
Smith machine: squats wide leg and low and shoulder width and low.
Leg press.
Leg extension.
Glute machine.
Lunges with 15 pounds dumbbells.
Band work working inner and outer legs.
Tricep machine. 145 pounds x10 down to 125 pounds. (bothered my deltoid a bit)
A few pulley machines.
Cable pulley working arms.
Pulley doing tricep work.
A few pull-ups.
Lot's of stretching.
