Good day in the gym. Rest day always seems to pay off for me. I ran a short 2 miles this morning, but it wasn't a great run, but at least I got it done.
Bench press: New PR again. 15x95 pounds in a row. Felt really light, so that's good.
Bench press: New PR: 8x105 pounds.
Incline bench press.
Reverse incline bench press.
Dumbbells 30 pounds doing short burst .
Curl bar: 40 pounds x20
Lunges with 15 pound dumbbells and with 20 pound dumbbells.
Booty work with band.
Smith machine: Shoulder and chest.
Smith machine: Squats with 40 pound weights, extra wide legs.
Glute machine.
A few other machines for upper body.
Lot's of ab work.
A few pull-ups. These felt heavy, so I backed off today.
Lot's of stretching today.

    Thanks, my pecs are feeling all that benching today. I rested again today too! I had an hour massage and my B12 cocktail injection. Trying to listen on my body more and recover a bit longer then I use too. Seems to be working.
