Today was so good in the gym. Despite still having a slight delt injury, I managed to have several PR's and I'm so excited.
14x95 pounds in a row, bench pressing. New PR.
7x105 pounds in a row, bench pressing. New PR.
3x120, 2x125, 1x130, 2x1 singles at 135!!! Bam on the bench pressing today. ***
Leg press. 3x21 @270 pounds.
Leg extension.
Smith machine. Squats.
Pull-ups.Used the weight belt today, here is what I did: 6x5lb plate, 5x10lb plate, 3x15lb plate, 2x20lb plate, 2x25lb plate. Wow, this felt so good.
Several pulley machines.
Ab work.
30 & 35 lb dumbbells doing V-pec flys and small burst.
Stretching. Not sure why I felt so good today, but I'm thrilled. Progress is awesome.

    Thanks all. I'll be Plant-based 6 years this March and Vegan 2 years in February, refined sugar free 2 years this past January 1st. I just eat really healthy and take organic supplements. I love Hawaiian Spirulina, it's amazing and BiaAstin/Hawaiian Astaxanthin. Both are excellent for your body and I know they're helping me recover faster.
    I use Vega CLEAN Protein powder, it has 25 grams of protein and loaded with veggies/fruits. Lot's of sleep and no alcohol, ever. ha ha..
