The really good news in the gym today is that I walked away, after 90 minutes. That's huge folks, really huge. I had such a strong, good workout and I told myself, you need to leave now, before you mess yourself up again. Good thing I listened on myself for a change. ha ha

Bench pressed a new PR. 2x125 in a row, clean. Yes, butt down, bar to my chest and bam, it felt so easy, so good.
Bench press 65 to 120x4, then I did the 125x2.
Free weights working triceps, biceps, shoulders , and chest.
Smith machine. Chest press & squats.
Glute machine. Single and double leg.
No pulleys or cables today.
Lots of booty work.
Extra stretching.
