Another long, tiring workout but I wanted to end 2017 with a bang.
I tweaked my left pec a little, so yesterday I had to really massage the area and today, after many pull-ups, with and without a weight belt, I really needed to rest it because it hurt. No dumbbells today at all. All machines.
Smith Machine: glutes, hamstrings, quads.
Smith Machine: Shoulders and chest press.
Pull-ups: Loads of pull-ups with up to 15 extra pounds hanging off my waist.
Lot's of Ab work again.
Standing leg press: 280-300
Glute machine.
Leg extension.
Booty work.
Lunges with two 25 pound plates.
Stretching, lot's of stretching when I was done.
