Who knew that one day of rest would equal a great lifting session.
Bench press very close grip 65-70.
Bench press 90-135. Used the big plates today, 45 pound plates for my one rep @135.. Felt heavy, but great.
I did 26 reps @ half my body weight of 70 pounds today for a max out. That was fun and boy did my arms burnnnn..
Lot's of free weights.
Lot's of machines.
Leg press 320 pounds to 100 pounds.
Standing leg press 280 pounds.
Glute machine, single and double leg.
Glute work with the band.
10 tricep push-ups.
15 each leg push-ups with 3 medicine balls.
12 push-ups with double legs and medicine balls.
Lot's of pull-ups.
Stretching. And this my friends was a good workout. :)
