My workout was good, my L4 &5, not so much. Doctor wasn't sure if it was from all the running or weights. ugh.. Just had my 6th adjustment from the chiro in the last 25 days. Sheesh..
Bench press close grip 65-70.
Wide arm to 125. Today, I started at 85 and made sure the bar touched my chest every rep , 85,95,100,105,110,115,120,125. Trying to do these very clean and build up my strength. Hopefully, next week I can do one clean to the chest at 130 & 135. 125 felt good today, but that extra 5 & 10 pounds really makes a difference.
Lot's of upper body work with free weights.
Ab work.
Smith machine for leg work.
Standing leg press.
1 pull-up, my back/side ached. Resting the area a bit more.
20 minutes of good stretching.

    planks maybe for L4 L5..try some swimming to relax the muscles. works for me everytime..or maybe some nice oil massage. Here in India we have so many oils to work with..are you eating pomegranates... It seems it helps in reducing inflammation....take care

    The running maybe fatiguing muscles you are not used to using like that. They will strengthen up and you will be stronger for it! Smart girl to back off a bit to let things settle down.

    Thanks. My chiro worked a miracle on me, it's pain free now, but I'm not running again till Monday. I want to make sure it's 100% . Taking Epsom salt baths make a huge difference, try it out.
