Best 5K run for me today, even though I was mad I didn't break that long goal of a 30:00. I looked back at my previous training runs and saw that today was only the 6th time I actually finished a full 5K, in the last 3 weeks. My first 5K training run was a 35:14, today I did a 30:14, just 3 weeks later. I need to stop being so hard on myself and just enjoy my progress. Taking the day off from lifting today, because after 6 days straight of heavy weights, I'm sore and need a day off. Happy Tuesday ..
