Wasn't sure how this was going to go today, but once I got going and kept my weights lower, I felt good.
Bench press close grip 65 to wide grip at 95.
Reverse incline press to 95.
Free weights.
Pulley machines working upper and lower body.
Standing leg press 280-300.
Smith machine working legs.
Ab work.

Since today was 6 days in a row lifting, I needed to keep it all light and work on technique a bit more. I think tomorrow will be a cardio day and no lifting.

    Ha ha, I'm running tomorrow and not lifting. I've done both on the same day, the next day is a bit tough, but just stretch it out tonight and in the morning. You rock lady..
