Bench press very close grip 65-70.
Bench press 90-135.
Smith machine working legs.
Free weights and plates working upper body.
Ab work.
Standing leg press 280.
A few pulley machines.
Tricep work and tricep push-ups.
TRX squats and arms.
I'm now exhausted. ugh..
