Hey everyone... I hit my PR again today with my bench pressing. 1x135! One fairly easy rep @ my goal/body weight of 135 pounds. This made me so happy and glad I've been working hard bench pressing the last 6 weeks. Built myself back up and BAM!! I did try 140 pounds, I got it down, but it was not going back up without help though.. ha ha ha

Bench press: 65-75 very close grip.
Bench press: 95, 105, 115, 120, 125, 130, 135! Sheesh, that was tough, but so good.
Reverse incline bench press: 65-110
Lot's of free weights and plates.
Pulley machines.
Smith machine: Glutes, hamstrings, quads.
Leg extension. single and double leg.
Ab work and hanging core kick ups.
