Short today, but sweet. I have a slight pulled/pinch muscle in my neck area, so I didn't want to make it any worse by over doing it.
Bench press was fun, hit a PR with 13x95 pounds.
Bench press, PR 7x105 pounds.
Feels good to be able to hit those reps, I"m getting my strength back.. YEAH..
Pec Flys. 15x30, 10x35
Free weights.
Tricep and bicep pulley work.
Leg press 300 to 200
Stretching.

    Ha ha, it really is considering I do full body every workout. But with how my neck was feeling, I didn't want to over do it today. I'm feeling a lot better right now, so i hope when I wake up tomorrow, it's feeling great. Have a good night.
