I was so tired after this workout, it really knocked me out.
Lot's of free weights.
Bench press to 120
Close grip bench press.
Reverse, incline press.
Incline bench press.
A few pulley machines.
Weighted pull-ups.
Ab work.
Smith machine working shoulders and arms.
Smith machine working legs.
Glute machine.
Leg extension.
Standing leg press.
A few pulley machines.
Push-ups.
Ab work and hanging core work.
Exhausted. Stretching.
