Yippeeeee.. Empty gym at 6:30 am today and it was glorious. Even when I left at 9, not many folks inside.
Easy bench press close grip to 70 pounds. Some wide to 95 pounds.
Core work on the bench press holding up 85 pounds, head off the bench, legs coming straight up. Wow, felt the burn and it's a core workout. Bam..
Lot's of machines, working upper and lower body.
Smith machine, glutes and legs.
Sit hack with band ..
Leg press with band.
Pulley machine working biceps and triceps.
Pull-ups.
Push-ups.
Stretching.
