Another super day at the gym. In there at 6:05 am and beat the crowd. By the time I left, others were pouring in.
Reverse incline bench press: 115 (new pr on this one.)
Bench press on the Smith machine: 155 (another new pr)
Bench press 65 to 115
Lot's of machines.
Leg press 320 to 100 single leg.
Pull-ups.
Ab work.
Stretching.
