Wow, another good lifting sessions today for me. Hope it continues and all bugs/virus miss me this winter. Ha ha..
Bench press 65 very close grip (working triceps) to wide arm 125. Did one rep at 125 with a spotter and it felt light and easy. Decided to not push my luck and stopped there.
Lot's of dumbbells and plates, working upper body.
Smith machine. Glutes, hams, quads.
Standing leg press 280.
Push-ups with 3 medi balls and tricep push-ups.
A few pull-ups today, resting my lats, so I gave this a break again.
Ab work.
