Good Sunday workout in the gym for this gal, but I'm so tired... blah blah.
Bench press close grip 65 to wide arm at 130 pounds. First time I've hit 130 in awhile and it felt like a ton of bricks. I'm going to start training harder with my benching again because I'm not happy with how I feel at the heavier weight.. ( my own craziness)
Lot's of free weights.
Bicep, tricep, shoulders, back with the free weights.
Smith machine. Leg, glutes, hamstrings.
Standing leg press 280 to 260.
A few pulley machines.
Dips, pull-ups and lot's of push-ups with the 3 medi balls and a 10 pound plate on my back.
ab work.
Stretching.

    Thanks, it sure did feel heavy today. It use to not be so bad, but I took some time off from lifting heavy and now I'm working my way back up. :)
