Strong lifting session today. I also did one push up, with 3 medicine balls today. Yippee..
Bench press 65 pounds close grip. Lot's of sets.
Lot's of free weights and plates.
Many pulleys.
Smith machine for legs and glutes.
Smith machine for chest.
Leg press
Leg extension
Glute machine
Pull-ups.
Ab work
core work
Push-ups with medicine balls.
Stretching.

    Thank you so much. Someday's, I seriously don't know how I do it either. I normally walk into the gym tired, but somehow, I find the energy and strength, then I can't stop. It's so weird. ha ha
