My biceps are so so so sore... However, I still worked them a little today and had a really strong lifting session.

    Thanks and yes, first time they've ever hurt like this. But I did a new workout with them, it wasn't even heavy weights. But it took concentration and slow movements, so it really did the job on me. Ha ha, but I think my guns are growing now. lol
