Today, I decided to do things a wee bit differently since I'm so sore and my body is tired. I tried a few new weight exercises and squats with a band and a 35 pound weight.
Free weights.
Light bench pressing. Up to 95 pounds.
Incline bench lifting a 35 pound weight to work chest muscles and arms.
A few pulley machines.
Pull-ups.
Squats with a band and 35 pounds.
Leg press.
TRX
Push-ups.
Ab work
Stretching.
