good EOS 2100 yd

First 1000 yards are always tough with muscles screaming, especially after lifting for 70 minutes prior. However, once I'm loosened up, I feel so good in the water and strong, despite only swimming 3-4 times this year so far... :) . My butterfly felt so strong and good, no fins, just regular fly. It has to be all the weight training and the upper body strength I've gained. Anyway, happy I swam once again and I look forward to my next pool day.
