Got a bit carried away today and went a longer then I should have, but whatever. I felt good and took my time today.
Free weights up to 27.5 pounds working shoulders, biceps, arms, triceps.
Bench press up to 115. Skull crusher at 30, 40, & 50 pounds.
A few pulley machines working triceps, biceps, back, shoulders.
Weighted squat machine: lunges and squats.
Leg press at 100, 200 pounds and calf work.
TRX working upper body, ab work, booty work, stretching.
