Super fun lifting day and I felt strong. Enjoying all the bench press and free weights these last few weeks.
Bench press: close hand-65 pounds, 70 pounds. Wide arm, mid arm, 65, 85, 95, 100, 105 pounds.
Leg press: single leg and double leg. 140 pounds
Weighted squats with the bar. 20 pounds.
Free weights: 17.5, 20, 22.5 pounds arm curls and shoulder press.
Triceps: 40 pound bar, 30 pound dumbbell.
Dips: 9
Pull-ups: 40
Ab work.
Hanging core kick ups.
Push-ups with 15 pound dumb bell.
Stretching.
