Happy early Birthday goal to me today. Starting with my 50th Birthday, I've set physical fitness goals for my birthday month. This year, my goal was to do 10 unassisted wide arm pull-ups. Well, unplanned and not warmed up, I blasted those 10 pull-ups in a row. 29 days early too and I'm thrilled because age is just a number. Set some goals and work hard to achieve them.
