    after the 12k on rugged terrain, wanted to put my knees to test on the flats again.
    Felt better finding that I could still run more :)

    The terrain was anything but what I had expected to finish the run in 1 hour.
    Swampy at places, 40 degree inclines at times and where you needed disc brakes.

      wonderful man..12k barrier has been successfully accomplished ...again.. and given the terrain was tenuous, torturous and daunting...you finished really strong man (and managed second set of run in the day..) kudos !!

    warm up on the treadmill, after playing 2 hours of volleyball, and before heading out to run in 6degrees .

    Sprinter , did the first Km in 4.5 mins, and the rest in about 4.8 mins each km.
    yet to come closer to the 4min/km mark .. someday I shall:)

      thanks bro .. with your expert advice I was also able to finish the 12k .. although not in 1 hour time as planned due to some hurdles. Will write the details now ..

      4min/km eludes me too man...though now it feels so close i can smell it.. and by the simple logic that if i can do it..you can surely do much better.. keep on..

    Ran continuously for an hour on treadmill after a long time.
    Burnt 850 calories and my tippy toes.

    realized that running under 5mins/km is really difficult for more than a 2kms
