    12X400. I did the first 6 on a track to measure 400 meters via my Tom Tom vs one lap around the track. Seems that the Tom Tom is roughly 2 seconds longer in distance.

      It was a rough day to be sure. Starting off freezing in the downpour pretty much set the stage for massive muscle cramps and general rebellion, didn't it? You kept a great pace despite everything! Glad you're not injured. And hey, I'm doing TCM this fall. You should too!
