    Temp in upper 60's with humidity very high. First few miles felt a bit tight but I found my rhythm on the return. Must be the prospect of a cool shower and cold smoothy:)

    Temps at about 90 and humidity at 50% with a push lawn mower made for a good cross training session. The fitbit put me at about 3 miles and I am ok with that:-)

      Susan, I have the Naperville Sprint Try in August and the Chicago in October. I am still deciding on the Hot Chocolate.

      you'll do great on all of those. i just saw the H.C. chicago ad today. we ran that one quite awhile ago in maryland. i haven't seen it offered here since then.

    It was a busy day that started at 03:30 and ended at 21:00. Around 7pm I had a choice, mow the lawn or go for a run. The lawn won and based on the fitbit I did about 3 miles.

    Did 13 miles on the bike before work (in light rain) and a 4.3 mile run after work. Temp around 67 with humidity around 90%. Both workouts turned out soaked but for different reasons:-)

    Had my first morning swim for the season. The miles is for my usual lunchtime run. The weather was good with many fellow runners/walkers/bikers/skaters out there.
