    Afternoon run: 3rd day in a row on the road without any issues post run. I am so grateful for the privilege to be able to run again:) It was a soaker.

    Went out for a recovery run and to test the limit and see if I can do a 4 miler without any consequences. For safety I stopped at the turn around point and stretched a bit. All is well!

    Good swim in the morning. The afternoon run was a bit difficult due to the hip abductor acting up again.

    Started a yard project on Saturday morning at 7am and was finally done by 7pm. Slow recovery miles after a busy weekend. Early morning did 10 miles on the bike and then 4.2 during lunchtime.

    A lunchtime storm kept me in the office so I left earlier and did my run from home. The storm did bring some relieve with some cooler temps.

    I got out a bit late and started with a 23 mile bike ride followed by a 3.2 mile run. It was HOT.

      Wow!! That was a lot of miles in the heat. I had planned to go for a ride after the miles yesterday, but decided to stay in the cool after coming in the back door. Super job out there!! Take good care.

    Got home early and went for a mile long swim.
    Later the evening the wife and I went for a Gym date. Some elliptical, a lot of core exercises and for desert a TM run.
