  1. RUN
good To the lake and back 4.1 mi 00:35 08:29 pace

good To the lake and back 4.2 mi 00:37 08:54 pace

Recovery run under clear blue skies with the sunshine warm on my back and a cool breeze from the lake and company on the way.

Are you running it this year, Pierre. Last year I did it as my first Marathon. This year I didn't make the lottery, so I'm raising money for the American Cancer Society, and will run it for charity.

Thanks all! The last 18 months was real difficult and I am so glad to hear that there were prayers going up. We surely needed them. Looks like the hurricane is over, our boats are mended and we are heading out of the harbor again:-)
