So woke up to a fairly rainy and cold morning. I tried to make myself go outside and I couldn't. If it had been rainy and warm or sunny and cold I think I could have done it but I've been coughing a lot this week and though the rainy and cold was a bad combo. So I trucked it to the gym hoping that nobody was on the treadmill already and was rewarded. Pace was overall slow but I decided to do intervals. I did 4 mins of running and 1 min of walking starting my running speed at 5.2 mph and bumping it up by .1 each time until I reached 6mph. Did my last full 4 mins @ 5.2mph and then finished off the last 2.5 mins @ 6mph. Not bad overall.
