Galloway RWR Start of week 44. Rather warm this morning, which is quite a shock to my body after coming back from Alaska and Canada. Started with 15/30's for the first mile and my calf muscles were so tight that I dropped it back to 15/45 for the remainder of the run. All of the hiking, walking, running, and general "sea legs" corrections have really taken a toll on my legs. It will be good to get back into a dry land routine again.
