    Sold my bike so taking up running again. Started last week on the C25K program so today was Week 2 Day 1.

      Not sure the pace is correct, pretty sure it is not. The program is walk/jog intervals. Forgot to set my watch to record just the run part.

    First time to ride on the Trace. Moderate amount of traffic, but everyone very courteous and gave me lots of room. The 50mph speed limit helps, too.

    Spur of the moment decision to do a short walk turned into a 1.7 mile walk with a fast walk/jog return lap. Feel good now.

    Training ride today, first time I've ridden with traffic, but luckily the highway has wide shoulders. Two pretty steep hills to finish wiped me out, but felt good all the way.

    What a difference a day makes. Started earlier than usual to beat the wind and worked out pretty well. Felt good all the way thru so may make this early in the day my new routine.

      I'm thinking about trying it on I22 from Peppertown to the Fawn Grove exit and back. Haven't fully decided yet

      I don't know if its legal to ride on side of 4 lane, might be better to stay on the smaller roads, Peppertown road is a nice road to ride that the traffic isn't too bad, River road also.

    Finished on the north end so used the ride back to the truck as a cool down lap. Headwind didn't lend itself to cool down though. I know I obsess about the winds but they kick my butt.
